黒地を基調とした深みのある地色に、赤の道長文様を重ねることで、時間の流れや人生の移ろいを優雅に表現。道長文様は、平安時代より連綿と続く日本の伝統文様で、流れるような曲線が「永続」や「繁栄」を象徴します。その上に、金糸を贅沢に用いて織り上げた鳳凰を配することで、静けさの中に確かな力強さと華やぎを宿した意匠に仕上げました。
The deep, rich base color of black elegantly expresses the passage of time and the transience of life through the overlay of the red Douchou pattern. The Douchou pattern, a traditional Japanese motif dating back to the Heian period, features flowing curves symbolizing “perpetuity” and “prosperity.” Adding to this, a phoenix intricately woven with lavish gold thread is placed atop, creating a design that embodies quiet strength and radiant splendor.

The phoenix’s fluttering wings are rendered in three dimensions through delicate weaving, shifting their expression richly with the angle of light and the rhythm of movement.
